Please be aware that Lambeth Council has stopped issuing rent payment cards. Instead, residents will now receive quarterly statements with a barcode, which can be used to make payments at the Post Office or any PayPoint location.

You can also pay your rent or service charges in the following ways:

• By credit or debit card over the phone — call Dorothy on 020 7926 8646 or Esther on 020 7926 9708

• By direct debit or standing order to the Lambeth Collection Account (details available upon request)
