10.00 am – 3.00 pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday

Cowley RMO are here to serve our community.

In response to central government guidance,  the estate office will be open at slightly reduced hours.  We are operating a responsive service and you will still be able to contact all the team members as and when you need to during office hours.

Holding public meetings and listening to residents opinions

Hold estate inspections with residents
Carrying out improvement and satisfaction surveys
Consult with residents regarding our service charters
Consult with residents regarding major repairs improvement plans and plan maintenance
Seek feedback
Provide opportunity to elect Residents board members
Consult on best value issues
Providing a clear and transparent housing management service
Developing an estate specific compact
Working in partnership with local community projects for example Brixton Road Youth Centre to provide activities to all residents.
